Return Policy:
You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will gladly pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item, defective, shipping damage, etc.). If you ordered the wrong item or simply no longer want it, we ask that you pay the return shipping. We will honor the manufacturers warranty on all parts.

Shipping:
Our website will automatically calculate shipping options based on your address. Parts may be shipped from our shop in San Diego CA. 92020 or drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers we are partnered with. We make this determination based on our available stock and your delivery address. Our goal is always to minimize the shipping time and reduce the amount of boxes your order is shipped in.
UPS is our standard shipping carrier for all US States and International. United States Postal Service is also available for Hawaii and Alaska.
We cannot guarantee orders will be fufilled the same day you order. If you are in urgent need of parts by a certain date, we strongly reccomend you contact us directly though e-mail or phone before placing your order.
Shipping Limitations:
- Orders placed after 2pm Pacific Time will not be processed until the following business day.
- Free shipping for orders over $350 is limited to the Continental United States.
- Most equipment is limited to the Continental United States. (Freon gas systems cannot be shipped via air-travel)
- Most filters are limited to the Continental United States.
